Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

  • In-stock items: processed for shipment on the next business day after payment verification.
     

  • Made-to-order or out-of-stock items: we will coordinate production timelines and the estimated ship date with you directly before confirming the order.
     

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Transit times begin once the package is handed to the carrier.

Where We Ship

We ship to the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands). We currently do not ship internationally.

Carrier & Service

All orders are shipped exclusively via USPS Priority Mail® with tracking. USPS lists an estimated transit time of 1–3 business days for most U.S. destinations; territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and remote areas may require additional time. These timeframes are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed by MOIRA.


P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.
